Darko has an excellent knowledge of the way houses are constructed and how to repair them, as well as the wide variety of modern glues, caulks, paints and so forth that can be used to effect these repairs. He is also very personable and works hard. He has excellent carpentry and painting skills. On the last job, he put in a solid 12 hour day from 8 am to 8 pm to get the work completed in one day. "The sales rep Tim was very professional and patient with me. Throughout the sales process he listened to all my concerns and explained the process from beginning to end. I know that I would have problems with wood replacement and tim made sure to make note of that. During the install there was a miscommunication with the crew and that lead to inadequate wood repair in the beginning. At this point I called the project manager Walter and explained the situation to him. Shortly after Walter came to my house with the field manager Mike and they both did a more thorough inspection of the wood repair and we came to the solution that best fit my home. After the wood repair incident everything went very smoothly. The crew worked very hard and did beautiful work after they took care of the newly installed wood. Overall the experience good. There was a problem but the way the company responded was great and I was very happy with the final outcome of the project."

"Our kids broke in the inside window pane from a double hung bedroom window. I had removed the window myself. Apex called me after submitting a request through Angie's list and the rep mentioned it may be more economical if I lived close to drop it off. I did that and they had the window repaired in 2 days, the window looked great and at a better price the the competition. I will definitely use Apex again for repairs."

"The windows themselves were cleaned pretty well--HOWEVER---the worker spilled filthy water all over my living room floor and basically took a dirty rag under his foot to "mop" it up.  Left some nice smears on my wood floors.  He also broke at least one of the levolor blind rods that close and open the blinds--it snapped off so now we cannot fix it.  And we also discovered a crushed vent box on the second floor roof over our bay window which he apparently stepped on.  He was a nice kid but not very careful."
