"I had an excellent experience with US Home Services. I requested a quote and received a call back within 20 minutes even though it was after hours. Starting with that conversation, all of the people with whom I had contact, from the owner (Johnny), to the estimator (Jay), to the installers (Max & Brayden), to quality control follow-up (Rachel) were all extremely friendly, professional, and customer service oriented. We were able to schedule the insulation install for the day before a big snow storm. Max and Brayden arrived on time, they went over the specs of the job with me, and explained exactly what they were going to do. They laid out the equipment and got right to work. They even helped me out by removing some boxes that the previous owners of my house had left in the attic, so that there would be a nice even layer of insulation. When the work was done, Max showed me before and pictures of the attic. Then they cleaned up after themselves before leaving. The snowstorm happened the next day as forecast. Unlike in the past, I did not get huge icicles on the front of the house from snow melting on the roof and refreezing at the soffit. I'm so glad I had this work done and I'm so glad that I went with US Home Services. They did a great job at a reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone and I would hire them again."
