"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. "An old crack in the foundation window well area, along the edge where the window is framed into the foundation and a crack was allowing water inside during very heavy rainstorms.  The tech visited to give us an estimate. We compared the estimate to another Angie's List company and settled on these guys. We scheduled the work for mid-day and the tech called to say he was running ahead of schedule and could be there early which worked well for us. 

He cleaned the area, removed the old patch (done by the prior owner or a handyman long ago), cleaned and prepared the area, and injected the epoxy filler. We saw from the outside in the window well that the the epoxy filler had moved up the crack and sealed it outside too. He cleaned up after the job was done and hauled away all the debris. 

They did a great job from evaluation of the problem, described their solution and guarantee, was on-time and professional, and did a good job.

We won't know for sure if the crack is well and truly sealed until the next heavy prolonged downpour, but we feel confident the problem is solved."
