"I know of no other contractor who has total customer satisfaction as his top priority like Mr. Flanagan does. He is absolutely the best.
My basement sustained ankle-deep water as the result of an outdoor basement stairwell drain that violently backed up because its circa-1951 drain line led to the street storm sewer (by design). That sewer was overcome with water during a storm in the summer of 2010 that featured a tornado in my western-suburbs area. Soon after pumping the water out of my basement with a mobile pump, the mess prompted me to (once again*) call Mr. Flanagan (*His crawlspace crew had done a beautiful job finishing my dirt-floor crawlspace with a concrete floor and wall insulation a couple of years earlier).
After the basement waterproofing project described in this review was complete, however, I was disappointed with the workmanship: The concrete work looked less-than-professional (out-of-flush with sump flange and the stairwell drain, plus way too many swirl marks and splattering) in the stairwell and basement's appearance areas. In short, it just didn't look like his business's flawless concrete job that was done in my crawlspace just years earlier.
Mr. Flanagan agreed. With no questions asked, he immediately had a different crew come to my home, tear out all of the previously laid concrete and drain lines and replace it with the workmanship that he would expect his crews to use in their own homes. The re-do of the project at least had met my high expectations for its cosmetics. And, of course, I hoped it was a sufficient waterproofing solution for my basement.
Fast forward just a few short years. Affter having perhaps sustaining that 100-year event with the Chicago-area rain storm of April 17-18, 2012, while my neighbors are pumping water out of their basements, mine remains bone dry. Thank you Mr. Flanagan and Crawlspace / Basement Waterproofing Solutions for a job (design and installation) well done. Your basement waterproofing solution indeed deserves an A+.

"Dillon was a great guy and worked fast and efficient. My house is 50 plus years old and the duct work had never been cleaned. Post the work, the house even smelled better. I am in the middle of a complete remodel and living in the house. I had all 11 vent grilles removed -(saved Dillon a pile of time not having to remove and re-install) and I would have thought a discount would have been in order."

"We had them come out to give me a price on adding more insulation to 2 sides of our house. And to put new guttering on the 2nd floor . While here they talked us into insulating the attic too. We agreed the attic would be a good job for the guys to do in the winter. We signed papers and gave them a $2500.00 dollar check for the down payment . The salesman Josh said he be in touch with us the next week to see when they could do it. Josh had come out on sat October 7th. Well I tried to send photos of our house to Josh 2 times . So after a week & half I called the office. And ask did he work there?She said yes she would have him call . But no call . So I called office and she gave me there email and I sent pictures to her. I had.questions on the photos, and asked them to call . Ii called in again to see if anything was being done, and secretary said the boss said they were working on a schedule and someone would call me. At this point we are 3 weeks out from our signing and cant get a call from anyone. We are at this point not happy, and figure our $2500.00 is gone. So my daughter called to see if there was a process to get our money back. And I got my 1st. Phone call . 1 day from being 4 weeks of signing. And this guy as nice as he was said we probably won't get it back because we signed a contract. . I have delt with other companies , and any time I sign a contract ( that big ) some always calls to go over it , or to ask if you have questions. But now I don't want them, I'm just going to get someone else .if I can get my money back. If they can't return my calls, why should I think there going to do what I want them to do?.?"
