"I selected Prime Bath originally because of their quick response to my inquiries. Their representative Kevin came right out to the house within days. He was well prepared to discuss my needs and find solutions. I had some unusual requirements. I was looking to have a large, walk-in Handicapped shower installed in the corner of a medium-sized master bath. I was specific with how I wanted it and was told there would be no problem meeting my needs. I was impressed with the level of professionalism that day and was very satisfied to sign a contract for the work at the agreed-upon price. It took a few or so weeks to get the work scheduled but not an unreasonable amount of time. Kevin was always available for updates. When the crew of two did arrive they were very courteous and conscientious. Mats on the floor and a minimum of noise and dust. In less than two days I had a beautiful, professionally installed shower built to my exact specifications. A few days later Kevin contacted me to check to make sure I was completely happy with the job. I cannot recommend Prime Bath highly enough. They are the best contractors of any kind I've ever dealt with and would call them again for any bathroom work I would have done in the future. "Michael has not shown up for the 10am appointment per Giovanni who contacted me yesterday and scheduled the appointment. It is now 11am. No one call or follow up at all. Waited for an hour and no show. This is not how business works. Can't trust your company already since you can't even committee a simple appointment. Very disappointed and waisted my valuable time. Please don't call my number anymore. I would give no star but not an option. Highly NOT recommended!!"

"The kitchen and bathroom look great! We had kitchen countertops that, although solid, we’re out of date. Surface Drs. save them from the landfill! They look fantastic! Our 3/4 bath was painted as well. It looks fantastic!!"

"They were 1 of 3 quotes. We told them exactly what job we needed done. We dealt with Hector and Martha. They both reassured us that no problem they can get the job done. They quoted us (I have a contract) of $4,500. $3,500 is their labor 50 or and &1,000 would have been for materials. We were definitely going to go with better materials so we only really paid attention to their labor price of $3,500. They said the job would take 3 days and they told us they would start on a Monday. They postponed until Tuesday, they took a day off in the middle of the week for important business and they did not finish up until Sunday afternoon. My husband and I had been looking around every time they left and we were finding more and more things. Every day would bring it to their attention and she said they would fix. We did ask for two doors to be hung that was not on the original quote. At the end of everything she wanted $300 more than the original $3,500 quoted. I believe it was for the door hanging. I then proceeded to show her the hole in the arm of my brand new 2500 couch I showed her the paint that was all over the edge of my brand new carpet that was literally being installed the day they came to quote us I showed her there's no ventilation in the drop ceiling they never cut out vents the tracks in the ceilings do not meet the ceiling tiles do not fit light fixtures are falling the back door does not fit and they did not trim it out so we have gaps in our door and I believe the door frame is bent and useless the bathroom door does not shut due to it not fitting there is a cracked tile in the ceiling every piece of paneling has little holes or tears Nothing fits they painted the trim while on the walls so there's paint all over the paneling all over my floor the back door knob they have flipped upside down it does not lock will not work. There is broken trim they used my household vacuum to vacuum up their mess everyday where I had nails and screws coming out of the hoses ripping holes in my vacuum Some of the trim is not painted the same color as others They did not trim out the window There's not one job they were hired to do that was completely Done and done properly And all she told me the whole time was you owe me 300 I did the best I could or oh we don't do that you have to hire somebody else after they already tried doing the job and screwing it up. I'm sorry this was so much to message and the box was so small and I think this all came out thoroughly I really hope I didn't make a fool out of rambling. At the end I did pay the full $3,500 that was originally quoted even though I also had to replace paneling they broke for them just to turn around and reinstall it and break it again but they did get the full payment I did not renege on the contract. I forgot to add there were no holes or vents putting anything so I can't put outlet covers on I cannot put light switches on I can't do anything nothing is is ready"
