If you are seeking QUALITY, PROFESSIONALISM and COMPETENCY . . . . look no further! Pat representing Soft Landings and Vertical Services and will satisfy your issues. The original stair lift equipment manufacturer indicated it would be two and a half weeks before they could scheduled my service. That was nuts--yes, it was Acorn!! WIthin two days of my original inquiry PAT not only set an appointment but also came out and resolved my issue. PAT also cleaned the unit, and suggested the batteries be replaced due to their age and verified the operation of the unit. WHAT A PRO!!

My aunt needed her Stairlift repaired and had tried to call the original installer who never returned her calls. Patrick from Soft Landings actually reached out to me when the Mfr contacted him and once I described the issue, he immediately knew what needed to be done. He came right out and did a fabulous job at a competitive price, and he was very nice and professional to my aunt. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
