"We highly recommend US Waterproofing. Unfortunately, after repeated issues (we’ve had water getting through a basement door, water backing up from drain/sewer pipe, foundation cracks – all which were addressed) we now have had issues with hydrostatic water pressure delivering a great deal of water to our finished basement. Only one solution – drain tiles and sump pump installation. US Waterproofing was outstanding, every step of the way. They communicated clearly what was needed, and much to our surprise, what was not. They did not ever try to sell us anything that was not needed – only what was – installation of drain tile, window well drains, sump pump, and all work related. All of the crews involved were outstanding – in particular, the crews installing the drain tile and sump pump. The supervisor clearly and concisely explained every step – and when issues arose, they were dealt with promptly. The teams removing drywall and reinstalling also did very good work, and were very responsive. Everything was done correctly, and on schedule The work is now complete – and the basement is back to normal. I commend USW on all facets – they explained everything, did not try to oversell anything, and were responsive to issues as they arose. "I had some remodelling work done in the kitchen, getting new countertops. Kelly came to disconnect the old sink drains, faucet, and dishwasher in the morning before the countertops were installed. Following installation and allowing 24 hours for the silicone to dry, he returned to connect the new sinks, faucet, garbage disposal, and dishwasher. This included re-arranging the sink drains and installing cutoff valves for the hot and cold water lines to the faucet. It took a couple hours, but the job was perfect. Kelly is a great plumber, and I'd be pleased to work with him again.
