We currently have 3 service and repair techs and 4 remodeling crews trained in various trades. All of our crew members are Employees. We only sub-contract licensed trades (electrical, mechanical, plumbing) as needed and we have established working relationships with these vendors. Currently Gregory Building Services does not offer financing but we can work with your banks and lenders to complete your projects. All of our workmanship is guaranteed for the life of the products used or 1 year whichever is longer.
