"The men were very pleasant to deal with, cleaned the windows and screens, inside and out. It was a problem that sometimes when the sun shone on some windows later it was apparent that there was smearing and we did some additional cleaning. They do offer to come back, but we didn't ask them.  Also, the deck was stained so late in the season and late on a windy day that the stain wasn't dry the next day and there was a lot of plant material, leaves etc. stuck in the stain. We were able to get most of it off later. I think they had a lot going on at the time.
After the first coat of stain was applied they and we didn't like the color, so they voluntarily suggested getting a second color and applying that. We liked that better.  They did say they would be back in the spring to check on its condition, but I haven't heard from them, but I haven't called them. I would recommend not doing the staining under those particular conditions.
The house really needed the washing and they did a good job of getting the mildew off.
I  would use them again.

Window Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Do not mix bleach with vinegar, ammonia, acidic liquids, or other cleaners or detergents as toxic fumes result from the chemical reaction. Mix bleach only with water to avoid dangerous chemical reactions. Even mixed with water to dilute it, bleach can still be harmful to your skin, eyes, and lungs.

Getting a streak-free shine after cleaning your windows requires both the right cleaning solutions—which can either include warm water and dish soap or warm water and rubbing alcohol—and the right tools—namely, a squeegee and a microfiber cloth. To make your streak-free glass cleaner, combine one gallon of warm water with a few drops of dish soap, and mix. Apply with a sprayer or sponge, and then dry with a squeegee, microfiber cloth, or old black-and-white newspaper pages.

To clean an estate, start by locating all important documents, which you’ll need to sort through. Have the mail forwarded, change the locks, and take inventory of the entire estate. Once you know what you’re dealing with, create a plan and a timeline for the cleanout. Start clearing out rooms and sorting items to donate, sell, or get rid of. Finally, deep clean the property.

Generally speaking, you should clean your windows and any associated fixtures and treatments every six months. Otherwise, clean them as needed to keep everything running smoothly. If you live in a part of the country with especially hard water, you may have to clean them three or four times per year, and the same goes for areas where insects, pollen, dirt, and other debris can soil your windows and potentially cause issues with the moving parts.

A professional cleaning service generally takes a few hours, typically between 2 to 4 hours, depending on the property's size and the severity of any stains. Keep in mind that wet cleaning methods will require additional drying time.
