And we needed it ASAP which they accomplished far ahead of our requested schedule by making steady progress and then staying 12 hours on one day to complete the task. Without topsoil, your hydroseed might not take root, leading to wasted effort and money down the drain. Soil preparation is key to the success of DIY hydroseeding.

Gravel’s biggest pro is its cost-effectiveness. For example, a gravel road or driveway is much more affordable than its asphalt counterpart. Gravel is also much less expensive than the cost of pouring a concrete slab if you’re building a patio or similar structure.
