I hired this contractor for a small landscaping job. He came by to see the project and what I wanted done. He later sent me a quote for the job. While I was out of town the price increased significantly. So I changed from rock to mulch. We agreed on a new price for the mulch and set a date to start the project. On the day of the project he did not show up nor call at the appointed time. I called him. He said there was not enough mulch of the colour I chose from the supplier. He said they were supposed to get another load in the next day. So we agreed to meet again the next day. He was supposed to call or text me for a time but he never did. The next day came and went back to the property to wait for him but he never showed up. I called him and left a VM, I texted him and I emailed him. No response to any of them. I went all the way to the property about 40 min. away for nothing. A waste of time and fuel. I am so disappointed this project did not get done!

Hired this guy Bailey. Total waste of time very poor work?very unreliable. Talks a good game but doesn?t follow up at all. I kept having reach out about getting my yard done for a rehab property and in the end nobody wanted to finish because it was too hot! This guy has an attitude and very racist! Took my money and really did anything?I hate I have very made this choice
