A couple of weeks later the leak continued from the same spot in the ceiling. The tech again came out and claimed it was another leak in a different spot although the leak inside was in the exact same spot. They did not fix the problem the first time and wanted more money for this “new leak.”"

Setting up utilities on a vacant property usually takes at least a few months, or between 6 weeks to 16 weeks. If you have a transfer switch properly installed, the generator and main electrical power cannot feed the system at the same time. However, you should still shut off the power at your main circuit breaker panel before activating the generator.
