They cracked my driveway and raised it more in the middle so now you can see daylight on either side when the garage door is closed. The caulking on the porch looks really bad"

"Very well. My sidewalk had settled and was causing a trip hazard. The estimate was done via email due to my tight timeline. Sent them pictures and received a response the next day. Actual cost was $25 over the estimate due to site characteristics not apparent on my photos but still sounded reasonable to me. They leveled 5 sidewalk squares including my front porch stoop. Work was done in a little over an hour and looks great!"

Use a dehumidifier for indoor concrete and a wet vacuum for outdoor surfaces. Sprinkle absorbent materials like sawdust or cat litter to soak up the remaining moisture. If the concrete is outside, simply wait for a few hot, dry days. If the concrete is inside, make sure you have good ventilation for a few days so that any remaining moisture can completely dry out.

Epoxy coatings for concrete basement or garage floors are popular. These two-part resinous coatings are waterproof and highly durable, making them an ideal choice for high-traffic spaces or areas where spills are likely. However, epoxy flooring costs more to apply than concrete stains and doesn't produce a natural-looking finish.
