He even offered to re-stain a three-story wooden partition for us at no extra cost. "Tristan came out to inspect the shingle roof on our detached garage. A home inspector had noted issues with the roof and suggested a professional roofer take a look. Tristan was able to come out the day after I called him. He inspected the roof, told me it was in fine condition outside some minor repairs, and walked me through how to do them myself including what equipment I'd have to buy."
