"These people are NOT pros. They get paid $8.00/ hour, straight from them. All we heard is how cheap Eldred was and hate their jobs.They started by not bringing garment boxes, crushed 5, $1,800.00 suits into a 2x2 box. There was over $16,000.00 in missing items, (although I submitted a claim for less because I didn’t check my hand tool boxes ), mostly Milwaukee Power tools. A Korean Jewelry box, valued at $1,800. My black leather coat and more. They went into every dresser drawer looking for more and they got more items in there. They dented and damaged both, the washer and dryer. We are both disabled and took off with our safety ladder and Left a bed un assembled. We Did file a police report. All six were called in, but nobody ratted anyone out. We Filed a claim. They just ignored it. After calling old man Eldred, we were told,(by him), he’d look at it. Turned out, he took off for Florida a few days later. DO NOT HIRE THESE AMATEURS. Remember this:..What goes on that truck, is NO guarantee it’s coming off."
