We had several places that leaked where the wall meets the floor. A Mr John Hill did the inspection and then answered all our questions to our satisfaction. He was quite the professional but did not pressure us in any way, like most salesmen do. We decided to go ahead and schedule to get the waterproofing done. The cost was reasonable and it made sense to get it done now rather than wait for more damage to occur, making it more expensive. We look forward to meeting the crew. "I called and spoke with Marc Cooper, Senior Project Specialist. I explained the problem I was having and he agreed to a premise visit to take a look at the issue. We set a time and date, he followed up with a confirmation call the day before the appointment and again the day of the appointment. He later called me on the day of the appointment and told me he could arrive earlier if that worked for me. Although my problem was not something his company handled, he took the time to help me, in the cold rain, with the downspout placement and gave me a recommendation of how to fix the issue. Because he did not have a qualified vendor to recommend, he declined to recommend anyone, which I appreciated. He went above and beyond and even got soaked in the rain trying to help out. Who could ask for anything more?"
