Don't expect them to honor their warranty, and would warn anyone about NOT using this service in the future. Miguel and Jose were the project managers on our home painting project. The group was very professional and courteous. They did excellent work painting our home and cleaning up afterwards. They answered all our questions without hesitation. We have already received many compliments from our neighbors. They also worked with us for special requests and questions about paint brands and colors. They finished the work promptly and had a reasonable and competitive price."

"Got a quote from 5 star Yorkville and was going to have them do the work . Was going to by the paint myself since it was on sale at Sherwin Williams. I asked Mike how many gallons I would need and he told me I have to sign the contract first. It felt like he thought I was trying to pull a fast one on him, but that was not the case at all. If that’s how you do business then I will go elsewhere which I did. I had a new contractor the same day and you lost out on a job you would oh had. As far as I’m concerned this was a bad business decision since there are a lot of contractors looking for businesses"

"I am extremely disappointed with the outcome of their work. They repainted our kitchen cabinets (among other things). The cabinet doors were not all done well and they agreed to fix/redo a few of them but not all of them. Now we are left with cabinet doors side by side that have very different finishes and are even different shades of white. We’ve asked them to honor their warranty and fix the remaining doors so they are all uniform and they have refused. There were numerous other issues as well such as over spray in many places they spilled paint on our brand new floors and left it to dry they put a small hole in our basement doors and there's uneven paint coverage in alot of places. This stuff they agreed to fix but for some reason still refuses to fix the other half of the cabinets that need correcting."

We are a small business run by two partners, Chris Harris and Rob Burgert, who between them have over 40 years' experience in all types of remodeling, construction, and home maintenance and improvement. At times we do employ additional subcontractors depending on the size of the job and timeline. We provide free estimates and will also work on a time and materials basis at a fixed hourly billing rate. We take payment through PayPal, cash, or check currently. We plan to add credit card payment options in the future. We do not provide financing, but we will work with your financing company to help you secure your financing. Our process includes seeing your project in person to give you an accurate estimate, at which time we will measure, discuss materials, timing, and budget. We will then either give you an instant quote on the spot or provide a more detailed quote within a week depending on the scope of the work. We typically ask for a down payment before we start work which can be anywhere from 25% to 50% depending on the size of the job. For example, if we quote you a price of $2,000 for your project we will ask for $1,000 down. If the quote is for $10,000, we will ask for $2,500 down to start. Additional payouts will come at completion of specific stages. With smaller jobs under $500 we typically will ask for payment upon completion with a signed contract.
