"I had Illinois Valley Insulation at my house to blow in insulation in my garage attic. I was told by the owner Scott Bickett that I needed an R30 value which means I would need about 8 1/4” of insulation blown in. He was paid in cash($1500 paid in full but only did half the work), and a couple of days later I went up there and measured and only have about 4 1/2 inches so he only did about half the work and charged full price. And when I confronted him, he told me there’s8 to 10 inches up there which is a lie and I’ve given him every opportunity to call come by Measure and prove to me that is there, but he has failed to do so because he is just proving my point that he is in the wrong. And now he still will not provide me with a receipt so he’s trying to keep the cash and hide it like he didn’t do the Work very unprofessional."

You should clean your panels at least twice a year. It depends on your location. In dusty climates (think the Arizona desert), you may need to clean your panels more frequently. You should plan to clean your roof when it’s dry and not too hot or cold. It’s also a good idea to clean your roof in the late autumn to remove any built-up debris like leaves or branches. On the other hand, you shouldn’t clean your roof when it’s too cold, because you can cause ice buildup.

While removing every snowflake from your roof is unnecessary, you should remove a significant buildup of snow. Since snow is wet and heavy, it can easily cause damage to your roof, which can lead to needing costly repairs.
