"We contacted Top Hat, Chimney service to give us a second opinion regarding work that we were told needed to be completed from another contractor. Anthony was very professional, and scheduled our appointment within a few days of our first contact. Anthony came out today and inspected our Chimney, taking pictures and discussing with us the work that needed to be done. He also said we needed to have your chimney cleaned which we thought was done by another Chimney service. (definitely it did not meet his standards) .Anthony took pictures and showed us that they were definitely safety issues with our Chimney and how it didn’ meet with our safety code in our village. He gave us a quote which seemed fair, considering all the work that needed to be corrected so that we could enjoy our fireplace during these cold winter months and feel safe doing so. I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. To my surprise he said that he could do the job that day. He kept sending me pictures as the work progressed so I knew exactlywhat he was doing.
