Based on the Scope of Work I presented to him, we were all in the same page. Once milestones were completed within the Project Timeline, payment was made to him in a timely manner. Platinum is honest, reliable, and work ethic is impeccable. I was impressed with their work and demeanor, I hired them again the winter of 2018 for a minor remodel on one of my rental properties and in the Spring/Summer of 2019 for a Major Rehab on a Fix and Flip project in the Lombard area. They did an excellent job and a reasonable price."
