What a terrible company. Waited a year for them to start the project and they still didn't get right. Their customer service is atrocious. Their only saving grace was the actual contractor who installed the structure. He was the only one who knew what he was doing. They don't care about their customers who pay good money for what they order. They don't even give you what you order. Had a demonstration on my kitchen table and didn't get what they said I would be getting. At one point, they didn't even know what I was talking about and it was actually on the contract. Imagine the shock there. All in all, don't even consider them. They are a joke, and what a coincidence, they closed up shop in Florida. Hmm. How ironic. Do yourself a favor, STAY AWAY!!!!!

Work was good.Quality of products they used was poor. Customer service is nonexistent. Give them their money, if you have a problem, tough sh-t. You?ll never get a call back even after4 phone calls. NEVER EVER USE THEM!!!!!!!!!

This company is the best. They told me 3 days and the remodel would be complete. Not bad to have a frameless shower door, new acrylic walls and plumbing done in 3 days. Thank you!

Had the most amazing experience with this business! Mike came in and explained everything and was so friendly and knowledgeable it instantly put my nerves at ease. Then they sent Luis, whose work is absolutely exceptional! I will be using them again, as well as referring them to family and friends.

Matrix remodeled my outdoor space, they added a beautiful pergola and now my backyard is my absolute favorite place to be. I use it for entertaining friends and family all the time. Highly recommend this company!
