"Overall very happy with our experience with 4Ever Remodeling. They took our completely unfinished 1920s basement and created an in-law suite with extra-large bath. They were great at handling the City of Chicago permit process, which was one of my biggest concerns. Work included: Rebuilding basement stairs (sturdiest stairs I've ever seen). Adding a full bath with jetted tub, two-person shower, tile, all new plumbing including ejector pump. New exterior windows to comply with egress codes (really impressed with the exterior brickwork - you can't tell at all that any changes were made. They matched the grout and design perfectly). Installation of a large wet bar with dishwasher, shelving, quartz counters and cabinetry. Cabinets are very high quality. HVAC for basement and they extended the AC throughout first floor as well. Lighting, flooring, drywall, insulation etc. Highlights: Particularly impressed with their carpenter who did gorgeous, perfectly aligned work. Their designer, Magda was very helpful in guiding us and helping make selections (we've never done a project anywhere near this scope before). Communication was very clear and responsive. Workspace was immaculate at the end of every day. As with any project of this size there were a few nits: Their electrical team was slow to address a few concerns the inspector had and they disabled an outlet on the first floor. Granted, they were given an absolute trash mess of wiring to start out with. Also, the bathroom painter did not cover the tub when painting the ceiling, and I had to spend some time scraping flecks of paint off with a credit card. Those minor issues aside, I feel confident the project was done right, everyone that sees it absolutely gushes about the result, and I'm jealous that my in-law kitchen and bath are nicer than my own on our first floor! I'd definitely use 4Ever again (and in fact are considering a second project right now)."

"We recently used Titan Builders for a second time, this time on a complete master bathroom remodel. We had a great experience previously on a kitchen remodel, so the choice was somewhat easy to go with Titan and Michael Dreier. And once again we were fortunate to have Robert as the crew leader. Robert knows his stuff, is very professional, and provides great ideas to raise your plans up a notch in quality and look. In the job, Titan demoed the old tiny shower, a jetted tub we never used, vanity, tile, toilet, the works. We went with their suggestion of a glass wall shower and picked up out the vanity, tile, and other pieces from places they recommended. They worked efficiently day by day, protected other parts of our unit from damage, and kept the area clean as they worked. The price for the remodel was fair, and the finished bathroom is just what we wanted plus a little more thanks to Michael, Robert, and his crew."

"Jody and Brian did a fantastic job remodeling our 5.5x8.5’ hall bathroom in July 2019 as well as completing some other projects around the house. Basically, we were so happy with the job they did remodeling our master bathroom in 2017 that we hired them again in 2019 to gut and remodel our hall bathroom. We had to wait until they had an opening in their schedule but it’s always worth the wait because they’re such nice guys, so easy to work and communicate with, always on time, clean up at the end of the day, have good ideas and do quality work. Life got a little busy since then so I’m just now getting around to writing this review. Our hall bathroom was functioning, but mainly as a powder room because although it had a tub, it had no plumbing for a shower. It had some other issues we wanted to deal with as well. Jody and Brian took care of everything as usual, including beefing up the floor for the cast iron tub, making sure the bathroom exhaust actually vented out the roof, providing ideas and recommendations when needed, and ensuring my 2 large shower niches came out how I planned. While they were here, we also had them (or their electrician or plumber when necessary) upgrade our electrical panel, replace a bar faucet, replace 2 back doors, add LED lighting and custom glass shelves to our bar cabinet, replace 2 hanging bedroom light fixtures, do some painting around the house, etc. The total bathroom cost (including some small painting projects around the house) was approx $28,500. But with the electrical panel upgrade, new back doors, etc., the total for the bathroom plus all work completed around the house was close to $34k. We could have technically done the bathroom with quality finishes for around $19k with them, but we went over budget on certain bathroom elements that we really wanted, such as a 65x32” cast iron tub, Cambria quartz countertop and shower niche shelves, $900 Walker Zanger floor tile, $750 for 2 Robern medicine cabinets, an $1800 semi-custom Starmark vanity, $350 vanity light fixture and $400 sink faucet. But we could have easily done a very nice, quality bathroom with different choices within our allowances. We didn’t bother getting other bids for the hall bathroom remodel because we knew we were going with CCCM no matter what. We did get 3 bids for the 2017 master bath remodel because it was our first remodeling project, and CCCM wasn’t the cheapest but also wasn’t the most expensive. I left a review back in July 2017 for the master bath which we’re still extremely happy with. Terry also did a great job again getting us the best prices with contractor discount included on everything we picked out at various vendors and also kept in touch with us via email while we waited for our turn for our bathroom project to begin. "We hired Jack some time ago for some big jobs and are having issues now because of shoddy work done at the time. First, both bathrooms’ ceilings were painted with flat paint. Over time, the moisture caused the paint to flake and mold to form. A semi- gloss should have been used, which I would have expected a professional to know. We had them install a jacuzzi tub. The plumber mixed the hot and cold lines. We had to shut the water to the jacuzzi off to be able to get hot water in the shower. We will be selling soon and this will not be a cheap fix. The upper cabinets they installed in the kitchen are coming off of the ceiling. The rest of the work was okay, but not happy about having unprofessional with done after we paid so much."
