Great guys and very efficient!

I had Sarah Miller come to clean. Omg!!! Never mind. First she wanted $30 an hr, then she decided she also needed gas money, then she decided that she needed a paint outfit so she didn't get anything on her. And expected me to pay for that too. I told her no, and she still tried to charge me for it. She showed up 24.5 hrs late. Worked 30 minutes and then sat downstairs in her car, talking to her ex-husband, for the next 2 hrs. Before deciding that she had to go, but would be back the next day. I still have seen her.

Polite and thorough.

Very pleasant, has sealed my roof nicely, but still working on interior repairs. Should be finished soon.

Sarah is very personable, very friendly. She is absolutely not afraid of a little work. She is willing to do the things that others don't want to do. She is very detail oriented and prepared . I will be calling her in the future and would recommend her for anybody's cleaning needs.

Jason did a complicated remodel of a bathroom in our 125 year old house which involved drywall and custom tile work. Overall we were satisfied with his work but there were a few things that we had to redo.

He came at the appointment time gave an estimate and made another appointment for the next day. Got the job done. He was very personable and professional.

Repaired improper installed and leaking ceiling by another contractor and fixed concrete brick wall outside house improperly installed by another contractor. Looks like brand new in both areas. Had to take out ceiling, install baffles, reinstall new ceiling and paint inside and remove leaning brick wall outside and put it back they correct way.

He fixed a broken-down wooden gate, part of our privacy fence. He gave an estimate that was very good, then he realized he could do it for less and adjusted the price down.

Jason was very professional. And a real nice man.
