"He was very knowledgeable and professional. After the audit we received an estimate to correct any areas that were discovered. Unlike what we originally thought our issues were not the windows and doors. The estimate was for $4000 to add insulation to the attic, increase airflow in the attic, install foam insulation around our fireplace and throughout the basement as well as removing the attic fan and adding drywall.

Josh and his partner showed up on time and had the work completed within a few hours.They had found some drywall damage and were able to patch this and install the tile and repaint the downstairs ceiling. They cleaned everything up and it all looks great. It looks a lot better than if I had attempted this myself.
