Unlike what we originally thought our issues were not the windows and doors. The estimate was for $4000 to add insulation to the attic, increase airflow in the attic, install foam insulation around our fireplace and throughout the basement as well as removing the attic fan and adding drywall.

They cleaned everything up and it all looks great. It looks a lot better than if I had attempted this myself.
