From the start, they provided a very detailed quote for our custom-finished basement project and we valued their vast experience in recommendations of layout, design, and functionality of our space. The level of detail and input they sought from us was very much appreciated and we felt throughout the process their #1 goal was customer satisfaction and making sure we were extremely happy with the final result. The finished product blew us away. Our 1600 square feet of space was turned from a drab, cold, unfinished space into a beautiful custom bar, built-in cabinet large living room, 3/4 bathroom, bedroom, fitness room, and entertainment/game room. "Would give 0 stats if I could! Stay away from Tim. Quoted us for a fence with 2 gates as we wanted, showed up a week later with only one because he forgot. Due to supply shortage he couldn't get another one and the one he had was cracked anyway. So here we are October when the fence was done in May, being ghosted when all we want is the money for the gates and labor costs refunded. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but now not being answered is the last straw."
