"I was in a pinch and need carpet cleaning. I was expecting company the next day and had a clogged toilet overflow in my basement bathroom, which is unfortunately carpeted. I have had similar issues before with the basement flooding and had tried the and quot;top ratedand quot; business for same day service off of Angie's List but I had no luck getting anyone to help me. I decided to take a chance on a company that was close but not rated this time, Bi State Cleaning.
Initially when I called, I was informed that they were completely booked up for the day. Stephanie the co-owner was very polite and I explained the situation further to her. After she heard my problem she told me she would find a way to make it work. I was fortunate that the cleaning technician was in my area, within in 40 minutes Adam the technician arrived.
Adam was courteous and professional. He set up his vacuum tubes quickly, and began work on the basement area. In total I had a small bathroom, office, bar/living room, and stairway cleaned. He finished the job quickly and was out in about 40 minutes.
The overall experience was great and the carpet looks awesome. I am glad I contacted Bi State Carpet Cleaning.
