"Terrific. He arrived on time. Wore a mask. Was very nice and efficient. Removed all spots and returned the furniture (to the extent he could given the rug had to dry. He returned all heavy furniture to the rug by using foam under the legs of the table. He was about half the price of other bids I received and the other carpet cleaners could not have done a better job than Andy did."

"Andy explained the process of cleaning a wool rug with our first conversation. It was obvious he knew his trade well. He gave me a solid price for his skilled service right away. Andy was prompt and timely picking up our 5 by 8 rug transporting it to his shop. He returned with our cleaned rug in less than 2 weeks. Our rug has a renewed bright and colorful appearance. We are very pleased with it is appearance and appreciate the time and effort Andy spent with our rug.
