I also had the lower wall below the sheet rock epoxy coated and both it and the flooring system look beyond excellent (looks like a professional shop floor). The flakes in the flooring system provides a slight bumpy surface by design, which provides good traction when wet. The system has been in place for almost five months and I have not seen any issues to date - it is holding up well against the salt & car oils."
