"Billy did some leveling dirt work and laid gravel on our driveway. The results were great. Very high quality work at a fair price. We did have a bit of miscommunication about part of the job and he came back and made that good right away, for which I greatly appreciated. We wil definitely hire him again to do some additional work we need done as well as referred him to my son who needs some driveway work done. I highly recommend this family-owned company!"

"Was terrible! I had to spend 4 hours just cleaning the garage up after they did the worse job I have ever seen. They didn't get driveway filled at all. Let alone refinished as they told us and instead just got the tar all over siding and garage. Do not use them!"

If you’re widening your driveway and plan on widening the apron as well, you’ll usually need a permit from the Department of Transportation in your area. There are also permeable options that allow for drainage. However, interlocking pavers are more often more expensive than regular pavers and are prone to growing weeds over time.

Hardscaping is usually a great investment because it makes your yard more useful and it improves your home’s curb appeal, boosting your property value. Depending on the type of hardscaping, you may not see any bump in your property taxes, either, so the downsides can be virtually non-existent.
