"Remodel went extremely well even with material delays (not ordered through Rowe construction.) They were able to pivot and work on different areas of this extensive remodel. This crew showed up every day and notified us if they were not going to come or if they were delayed.They also pointed out and/or were able to troubleshoot areas of design that wouldn’t look aesthetically pleasing. In addition, they cleaned up the interior each day and regularly picked up construction waste placed in the garage during this process."

We wanted the path-lighting posts buried deeper than typical for stability and subtlety, which Roberto and his crew accommodated. They also managed to deinstall some old lighting without breaking the circuit. We appreciated getting the work done in time for Thanksgiving, as well as Roberto’s willingness to come back in March and replace a flood with LED lights that had gone dim.
