"After receiving an extremely high water bill I contacted a contractor that I knew to have him look into it. His analysis was that there was a leak in the main water line which is something he did not do. After doing some research regarding various companies that provide service in this area I chose Nu Flow Indy to investigate based on their expertise as shown on their website and prior customer reviews. Jason Long arrived to investigate and determined that the issue was in fact in the main water line. Jason explained exactly what the process would entail and gave me his personal cell number as point-of-contact. A quote was sent detailing the process and cost and I contacted Jason to proceed with the replacement. Though there were some unforeseen issues that were no fault of Jason or Nu Flow Indy Jason resolved the issues pushing through until the new main water line was installed, completing the install of the new main water line and hookup at 11:20PM on the 2nd day. Jason had a team come back to fill in the trench and a "dig site" leaving the area with as little impact as possible. I thank Jason, Adam, Brian, Rudy, Matt & Rico for their dedication/professionalism. Also I want to add that these gentlemen are Great people."

"My wife & I started noticing our water heater not producing like it should. I have never done business with them. I called them and explained the situation. They had me send them some pictures of my current setup so they would have the correct parts if it needed to be repaired (I liked that idea) So I called them today at 6:45am, 9:45 AM there were onsite, 11:45 they were done! I am in a customer facing side of business and I always try to do things right the first time. These guys got my vote! I wish I could give them a higher rating than 5! They went over and beyond my expectations. They were very good to work with. Technician explained everything to me, why my unit went out, etc. Once my new unit was installed they gave me some tips on how to maintain the water heater (never had a contractor do that before!
