I have been in some form of construction most of my adult life. And recently have started turning it into a business for myself. From grading to excavating work to remodel projects we can handle it. We are based in Hennepin and work all over the Illinois Valley. I am a jack of trades independent contractor/ handyman with 10+ years experience. I am not a licensed plumber, licensed electrician, or licensed roofer. With that said it's easier to just tell you the things that I don't do. I do not do drain work, I do not replace electrical lines or panel boxes, I do not replace plumbing lines which includes water and gas, and I do not replace roofs. Aside from that I can do everything else, and have the tools to do so.

"Although kitchen cabinet work was my most recent project, I have used Chuck Milliman, Jr. over the past year for numerous other projects involved in the rehab of my 106 yr old house. He has placed/ framed in a new awning window in a bedroom, adding cedar shingles to the outside as needed, as well as placed and framed a window, where there was none, in my dining room. He has structurally stabilized my front porch along with replacing tongue-and-groove decking and helped with much smaller jobs of adding locks and door adjustments. "It went very well. I called on Saturday and talked with David, it was arranged they would come by on Monday and fix the step between 9-11, they were actually there a few minutes early and finished within 2 hours, including a trip to get materials needed."

"They were efficient in terms of the process. They sent the pad in a reasonable time frame. I did have to call a couple times. It took about a month to deliver. They sent the material which was packed nicely. There were 2 issues: 1-the glue or adhesive they used smelled badly. I had to put in my garage for a couple weeks until that 2-every corner was protruded, the table pad corners were too sharp on the mat .which poses risks with small children. I called about that and they said to put some tape over it. The manager called back to discuss the issue was. She suggested that I try to fix. it. The company might have done something to repair if I had followed up."

"I contacted World Painting after CertaPro dropped out of sight.  We quickly got an appointment with them and they were ready to give us a bid that day.  The price was reasonable and it included power washing, caulking, and painting our porch floor along with the entire house.
They were able to start within the week and kept us updated through out the project, letting us know what was the next step and when it would be completed.  Customer service was excellent.  When I had a question they called me back within the hour. 
They did an amazing job and we have gotten tons of compliments on it.  We would definitely use them again.
