There was superior customer service and quick response time. Nevertheless, homeowners who own older homes may want to steer away. At my house several, several cut lines, caulk lines and areas between the trims were applied in a sloppy, unprofessional manner. There were numerous missed areas and paint splatters. Indeed, it appears that the painters were in a hurry and/or distracted. Granted, Joe returned to the home and made a few repairs. However, he blames most problems on the age of my house.
