I called Illinois Remodeling Consultants and explained our situation to Scott and he was quick to help us. He immediately went over to the property and gave us his honest observations. "I contacted World Painting after CertaPro dropped out of sight.  We quickly got an appointment with them and they were ready to give us a bid that day.  The price was reasonable and it included power washing, caulking, and painting our porch floor along with the entire house.
They were able to start within the week and kept us updated through out the project, letting us know what was the next step and when it would be completed.  Customer service was excellent.  When I had a question they called me back within the hour. 
They did an amazing job and we have gotten tons of compliments on it.  We would definitely use them again.

"Adam was very professional and was very accommodating. He was very easy to communicate with and quickly responded via text about any questions that came up regarding the project. The only issue we ran into were the subcontractors that did some of the work. The flooring which was the final piece of our project was delayed due to the flooring company not being able to provide the flooring we wanted in a reasonable amount of time. The drywallers were a bit sloppy and didn't keep things as clean as I thought they should. Those 2 things were not Adam's fault so I don't think that should reflect bad on him. The work was completed how I wanted it to be when it was all said and done. I would recommend using Blumenshine construction again for any other projects we have in the future. We may add a 1/2 bathroom in our basement in the future and I would have confidence that Blumenshine construction would be able to provide high quality work."
