For example: knowing preferred color scheme to complement the house, did not offer a choice of mulch color - went ahead with the one I disdain without asking on more than one occasion -did not seek clarity before doing the job Too many mistake **RE does** at my expense The cost of trees and planting are far above the local competition"

"Chad had me from the description of how critical prep work is to a good job. And Kyle and Dakota worked hard at it. Had a lot of wallpaper to remove (4 rooms & a tall stairway and hall); and drywall to repair (from settling and damage). They spent 2-3 days on prep. They also helped with a water condensation problem at the bathroom exhaust fan (5th room). Also did 3 closets. The paint looks fabulous. We have a few bedrooms that need some paint too. Will probably call them again."
