The said that they would rush order it and we would have it in a month. After waiting a month and not hearing from them, we called to find out when the window would be put in and they said that they would check and get back with us. After many more calls we were told that the window wouldn't be in until July 23rd. We requested a refund and after many more calls were told that they don't give refunds. The window was finally installed on August 2nd over a week after they received it. We will never do business with them again.!"

We restore any type of masonry including tuck pointing and grinding , brick work, stone, terracotta, concrete, lentil replacement, chimneys, flues, and acid washing and brick cleaning, wall water proofing. and removal and installation of any type of caulking. We have 19 years of experience including apprenticess with well known masonry contractors. We can provide excellent reviews from current and past customers.

I was up there for 3 hours cleaning and wiping and taking a straight razor to try and clean up the crooked messy grout. To say I was livid is an understatement. I truly wish I could leave pictures to show what I was left. Absolutely looks like an amateur did our bathroom. The grout lines are so uneven. In some places there is no grout. It looks awful. This is second contractor in southern Illinois we have been disappointed with."
