We had a lot of things for them to fix for our home that we built. They built the room sizes too small by 2 feet and our house ended up being 600 square feet less than it should have been. Our concrete cracked in the basement, walls and other places. The ceilings are now pulling away from the side walls. The sump pump is located in the wrong locations. The drain in the basement is far too small. The siding blew off the house the first time the wind came after they put it on. We have a lot of air infiltration due to a lack of insulation. We have had rotting and had the yard re-grated.
They were not willing to work with us and would do things the way they wanted to do them. They changed the roof line and window locations to their preference. They put the wrong shower tubs in the home as well. It was a lot of little things that added up to a bad experience.
