"Joe reached out quickly and with the assistance of Alupe, they were able to swiftly install a new lock & snap floor professionally over a poorly tiled/grouted situation. There was a small snafu with the wax ring and leaking water from the toilet to the basement after the floor installation and Joe & Alupe came out immediately to remedy the leak. Joe also patched a hole in our upper level ceiling AND a small hole on the outside of our home. All is well and we will DEFINITELY have them back for future services!"

The work included some repair work, drywalling, enclosing part of the room as a closet, installing new vinyl flooring throughout, and completely rebuilding a bathroom. They did a great job! "Adam was very professional and was very accommodating. He was very easy to communicate with and quickly responded via text about any questions that came up regarding the project. The only issue we ran into were the subcontractors that did some of the work. The flooring which was the final piece of our project was delayed due to the flooring company not being able to provide the flooring we wanted in a reasonable amount of time. The drywallers were a bit sloppy and didn't keep things as clean as I thought they should. Those 2 things were not Adam's fault so I don't think that should reflect bad on him. The work was completed how I wanted it to be when it was all said and done. I would recommend using Blumenshine construction again for any other projects we have in the future. We may add a 1/2 bathroom in our basement in the future and I would have confidence that Blumenshine construction would be able to provide high quality work."
