3-5 EMPLOYEES, NO SUB CONTRACTING, BUT AVAILABLE I.E. EXCAVATING. COST IS DETERMINED BY THE JOB. TRAVEL CHARGE OF $35 - $50. EMERGENCY SERVICE CHARGE $125 - $250

"Paid over 14k for a small bathroom remodel. Numerous issues with work. Non-reponsive to attempts to contact. No physical address (P.O. box only). Could not find valid, active, corporate entity in Illinois corporate search. Owners name is Brian D. Only other review as writing of this review is by Brian D. Coincidence? Maybe. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. There are numerous very shady red flags here, in my opinion, and to this point they have utterly ghosted us and forced us to commence legal actions to get them to stand behind their work."

Basketball Goals questions, answered by experts

Regularly clean debris, fill cracks promptly, and apply protective coatings to extend surface life.

Yes, you can use a tennis court as a pickleball court. You just need to draw pickleball lines on the tennis court to use it as a pickleball court. You'll also want to adjust the net or purchase an adjustable net for convenience and lower it by 2 inches at the center. You can even create two or four pickleball courts out of a single tennis court for larger sports events. The key is to divide the court down to the correct ratios using chalk, a washable marker, or tape.

Tennis courts typically last between 10 and 25 years, but the lifespan heavily depends on the court type and how well it’s maintained. Clay and grass courts can last indefinitely with proper maintenance. Hard courts usually last between 15 and 25 years, while artificial turf courts last 10 to 15 years. However, you need to resurface many courts every five years or so to maintain their appearance and playability.

Pickleball is a much faster sport than tennis, which can increase your chance of injuries. Since most pickleball courts use hard surface materials like concrete or asphalt, you're more likely to get hurt more severely than if you were to use a tennis court with a softer surface. The harder surface and paddles can also make pickleball a noisier sport, which can bother neighbors.

The life span of your pickleball court depends on factors like the surface material, how well it’s maintained, and your region. However, with proper maintenance, asphalt pickleball courts typically last 10 to 25 years, concrete lasts 10 to 30 years, and rubber lasts 10 to 15 years.
