"The company was paid to diagnose and fix a leak to my roof. They determined that a small patch of roof needed to be replaced. A couple of weeks later the leak continued from the same spot in the ceiling. The tech again came out and claimed it was another leak in a different spot although the leak inside was in the exact same spot. They did not fix the problem the first time and wanted more money for this “new leak.”"

Rates and fees- we charge a service call fee of 75.00, this fee covers our fuel to the job, wear on vehicle and tools, and liability insurance for the job. Hourly rates are $60.00 an hour for a two man crew and $20/hour extra for each additional worker needed.
