I had to call another plumbing company who diagnosed the problem and installed the correct battery for my system, hence silencing the alarm. Chris refuses to provide a refund and has refused multiple requests for a refund, including one sent by certified mail. I reported him to the Town of Normal, and when they investigated, he told them he had tried to "settle up" with me which is a lie (see above). I filed a complaint with both the Better Business Bureau and the Illinois Attorney General, and he refuses to admit responsibility for his error."
