Then, Steve came in with a more reasonable price, a turnaround time of 6 weeks instead of 6 months, a great product, the same amazing warranty (backed up by his incredibly personal service and support), and a knowledge of his product the other company lacked. The installation crew was punctual (my biggest complaint about the job, because Iâ m not a punctual person OR a morning person myself), polite, protected my home with detailed pre work to protect carpets and flooring, and super efficient. The whole house was done in 2 days. The carpets were in better shape than when Iâ d left as they vacuumed up dust, and saved me a chore I hate. My home is significantly quieterâ ¦ I hadnâ t realized it was so LOUD until the absence of sound was here. I canâ t wait to see my first gas bill with windows that donâ t leak. We did order a tinted glass window for our bathroom, which came in untinted. Steve immediately took care of it, which Iâ m sure my neighbors appreciate. He also helped us change our order once it was in to add a second tinted window to our kids bathroom, which looks great. I texted Steve earlier to let him know my toddler has been petting his new bathroom window and cooing â window!â so suffice to say, everyone loves the job his team has done. The grey paint did bleed through the tape onto the baseboard trim in a couple locations but he made certain to repaint the trim and not just leave it up to us to fix. That was very professional of him.
