"It went great with Aronia. I had just bought my house in June 2023, and the last thing I wanted to worry about landscaping. I also didn't want to neglect it and **** off the new neighbors and have a bad first impression. I was going through **** unpacking everything from the move and I needed landscaping off my plate. I found Aronia, and the owner, Elias's quoted me a price ($1500-$1600) to do all new mulch, trimming a few bushes, mowing the lawn, a few trees were trimmed - what he called "spring clean-up." I was so happy to hire someone knowledgeable about the whole process. The price he quoted is where we landed, his people came and did their job exactly as described - not much more I could ask for. Our yard looked great, so much so I asked if he would be my landscaper moving forward. He said he didn't normally do residential yards, but since he was out in my direction handling commercial property, he would fit me in, and at a very reasonable rate! Great guy, great service, and I'm happy to say he has a customer for life."

"We met with one of the owners Mark he was knowledgable and professional.  Mark explained in detail what they were gonna do and how they were gonna do the work in my opinion better then any of the other contractors.  He provided us with a detailed estimate, ways to save some money and gave his recommendations on ways we could save some money for another project we are planning.  (which I liked)  He is very concerned the job be done the right way and gave us a life time warranty on the roof.  They showed up when they said they were gonna, cleaned up the area after better then I expected.  This company is very professional and I would recommend them to anyone.  The job was done fantastically, very professional. "Below is my review for work done on my home a few years ago: I am a return customer of Mr. James DeLeo. I have selected him to complete multiple projects for my properties and this time I was trusting him with the huge undertaking of renovating my 1895 Chicago Row House. Once again, I was impressed with the quality workmanship and problem solving skills of Mr. DeLeo and the tradesmen that he chose to bring on as part of his team. I spent over three months working with his men on a daily basis. I opted to live in the row house while they completed an extensive renovation, so needless to say I spent a great deal of time with Mr. DeLeo and his team. I am so grateful for the hard work and vision they provided in order to shape my hopes for my home into a reality. I am thrilled with the outcome of the renovation and was very pleased with the efficient and considerate work of the men who loaned their skills to this project.
