"My garage floor cracked and coating discolored 1 year after install. Crack was the size of your hand. Wanted to charge me $400-600 for repair. Was told it would not crack. Way too expensive for sub par filling material thats shrinks and cracks. They talk a good talk but do not stand behind there work. Stay away from this company and find one that will stand behind there product and material."

"I built a McBride home in 2016. Yes, that was my first mistake. I paid for an upgraded 30 year shingle. Since the very first year that I moved in I have lost shingles every year. The past year I have lost 5 or 6. I asked Allen to come out and they charged me $339 to put on one shingle. For a couple of years I had friends help me out with the shingles as they blew off. Now they are blaming those people for the shingles failing. I have a letter from the shingle manufacturer that states the shingles were improperly installed. I have pictures of where they were improperly installed."

"Valenti's installed 7 windows for me and I had a great experience with the sales person (Mike) during the purchase process. I trusted Valenti's to do a great job, stand by their work, and practice great customer service. Shortly after installation, the caulking around the windows started cracking. I first contacted Valenti's about the caulking on April 24th (today is May 28th). Since then, all I have gotten is "we'll call you." It has been over a month and they haven't even scheduled a time for someone to come out and fix it. This is just disappointing. Every time I try to call the person that is supposedly going to get this fixed for me, it goes to voicemail. Any time I get a call back it's them telling me I'll get a call from them about it. Ridiculous. 3 of the 7 installed windows have obvious issues with the caulk and I can't even get a hold of them to fix it."
