The awning came in weeks ahead of schedule. The work was ordered and completed within 2 weeks. Vinko explained everything clearly including why the installation had to be done on the roof instead of under the overhand (which was pitched too low to accommodate the awning).

The owner responded to my initial email in less than a day, made an appointment and arrived exactly at the time we agreed on. The best service providers I've ever used are timely with responses and show up on time for appointments.  These are the basics and if you can't do those things starting off then we won't do business.  Vinko first off is a gentleman, polite, open, straightforward, he tells you the things you need to know.  I had purchased the 17' 1000XL motorized awing at a Costco portal at the Sunsetter web site not know at the time there were local dealers so I had a concern he might not want to the do the install part for me.  That was not an issue with the understanding he charged for the labor under the circumstances to which I was agreeable.  Being handy I had intended to hand the awning myself but after helping the UPS Freight driver off load the massive assembly I decided this was something best left to a pro. The work was scheduled for two days later, on a Saturday, on a weekend no less something rare when working with skilled tradesman. Vinko arrived with his helper precisely at the time we agreed on and hit the ground running. I was encouraged to watch them work and ask any questions that came to mind while he explained everything he was doing and why. Every step of the process was completed before moving on to the next stage. They were quick, thorough, efficient, and focused on the details. The end result was even better than I expected and it's worth mentioning the Sunsetter Awning is one of the best choices you can make for transforming a deck into a unique space for entertaining or just hanging out with friends. Vinko and his son (the helper) were cordial, polite, and professional from start to finish. I could not be more satisfied and will say with complete confidence this is one of the best Angie's List service provider experiences I've had and I've had more than a few. If your thinking about a Sunsetter awning don't bother calling anyone else, just ring up Vinko Gutters, you won't regret it.

Vinko showed up on time and installed the awning on a Sat. Job was done in 2 hrs and works perfectly. Cleaned up afterwards.

He was outstanding. He did some special manipulation to give me exactly what I needed. He recommended other products that I would have thought to use and I'm just ecstatic about the job that he did. He was prompt, efficient and professional. He had good recommendations. He was outstanding.

The sunsetter awning came by UPS, we had already had made arrangements to install it. We set a day and

time to take care of this ,they came out and started work as soon as they got all their tools together, everything had already been talked about what would be done. The railings had been put together in his shop. It didn't take too much time to get the job done. They cleaned up and said goodbye.
