Valenti's Design, Build & Remodel

Valenti's installed 7 windows for me and I had a great experience with the sales person (Mike) during the purchase process. I trusted Valenti's to do a great job, stand by their work, and practice great customer service. Shortly after installation, the caulking around the windows started cracking. I first contacted Valenti's about the caulking on April 24th (today is May 28th). Since then, all I have gotten is "we'll call you." It has been over a month and they haven't even scheduled a time for someone to come out and fix it. This is just disappointing. Every time I try to call the person that is supposedly going to get this fixed for me, it goes to voicemail. Any time I get a call back it's them telling me I'll get a call from them about it. Ridiculous. 3 of the 7 installed windows have obvious issues with the caulk and I can't even get a hold of them to fix it.

service and staff were excellent. ran into a problem on my end, They knew what to do and was resolved professionally. great to work with.

Mr Valenti and installers were very professional and we loved the finished product. We are considering a new patio door and will definitely be contacting him again.

Joe called a few weeks later to advise the fixtures were in, and he scheduled a time for his installer to come so I could meet him prior to the remodel. Carl began working on July 1, and was very good about calling each morning telling me he was on his way. He always laid drop cloths prior to beginning and cleaned up at the end of the day. He was very professional and listened to what I wanted. He finished on July 18. The bathroom was beautiful and far exceeded my expectations. Joe made several visits and made several phone calls to make sure I was happy with the work. I found Joe to be very honest, and was very pleased with the work that was done. I would not hesitate to recommend Valenti 's Design Build and Remodel to anyone who needs quality work at a fair price.

Joe and his team were incredibly responsive, reasonably priced, and the consummate professionals while on the job. Our lawn service broke a large picture window in our living room, and within a couple hours Valenti's scrambled someone to the job. They quickly boarded up the broken window while a new one was fabricated.
Upon arrival of the new window, they promptly had it installed and looking like new. Their attention to detail was impressive (the two installers we had are artists) and their pricing was fair. Will not hesitate to call for our next job.

With the rainy days we were having there was a little delay in finishing the job, but everything turned out fine. We sit out on our new patio every day, and we very rarely did before.
