"I purchased the Big Deal which was 1 worker for 4 hours for $115 (or 2 workers for 2 hours).  JT called and accomodated my morning request on an agreed upon day.  Two workers showed up on time with drywall.  They took a total of 4 hours, so I paid for the two extra hours.  They were on time with their initial guess of how long it would take and they did a nice job.  I have referred them to a neighbor and I would use them again.  There were two small items that annoyed me but wouldn't keep me from using them again, I would just ask the right questions next time. 1-they had no insulation, so I went to Home Depot to purchase a roll.  They said they didn't carry it on the truck and my request did not ask for it.  I thought the description of the coupon said it was part of the job, but I guess I was wrong.  Nonetheless, once I got the roll, they put it in and they took the rest with them so I didn't have to deal with it. 2 -I live in the city on a residential street.  Parking is tough at times.  They therefore had to park at a meter.  They charged me for parking.  I find parking to be part of the deal with doing city business, but the worker gave me a line about how this money came out of his pocket and he wasn't reimbursed for it, so I paid him the $7.00 for this meter time.  Since then, I've asked about service provider's policies about parking.  It's just an awkward converstaion to have.
