"I had Biango Construction complete a full gut renovation of my main floor powder room and laundry room/mudroom. This included a major change in layouts and moving walls, doors, HVAC, plumbing, gas lines, and electrical. I also had custom cabinets and hall tree built for the space. The final result is exceptional (see photos). While the time ended up taking longer than originally expected, it was worth it to have a trusted pro do the work and to deal with the permit process. The company was easy to work with, professional, and maintained a clean workspace across my house. All individuals working on my house with Nick Biango paid high attention to detail throughout the entire process. "Installation was efficient and careful, as well as a good value. Salinas Landscaping uses high quality fixtures. We chose 2 types in antique brass, a flood to light trees and a shaded path light. We wanted the path-lighting posts buried deeper than typical for stability and subtlety, which Roberto and his crew accommodated. They also managed to deinstall some old lighting without breaking the circuit. We appreciated getting the work done in time for Thanksgiving, as well as Roberto’s willingness to come back in March and replace a flood with LED lights that had gone dim. "What can I say about Dan and crew? If there were six stars, I would have given them all of those! Our powder room job was also flooring for the hallway and laundry room, plus a utility sink. It was a total gut job in the bathroom. Dan could not have been nicer, quoted us a more than fair price and the job was finished in record time. He was very responsive to any questions we had (ok mostly me). Also, his workers (2) were fantastic. I'm not sure if I should name them, so I won't. They were efficient and professional, asked questions when needed and cleaned up the site and their work space (our garage) every single day. They treated our home with care, as well as our old appliances and new fixtures. We could not have been happier with all of it."
