"We ordered a window from them the end of April. The beginning of June they came to put the window in. They had ordered the wrong size. The said that they would rush order it and we would have it in a month. After waiting a month and not hearing from them, we called to find out when the window would be put in and they said that they would check and get back with us. After many more calls we were told that the window wouldn't be in until July 23rd. We requested a refund and after many more calls were told that they don't give refunds. The window was finally installed on August 2nd over a week after they received it. We will never do business with them again.!"

"Alan and Shane replaced all of our mid-80s single pane windows with OKNA 500 series windows. Alan came out to provide the initial estimate and Alan and his son Shane did the installation - no subcontractors just Alan and his son!! In addition they added a large picture window in our living room which completely changed/improved the space. On top of being extremely patient and professional (tolerated all my questions), the craftsmanship of the window install exceeded all of our expectations!! The attention to detail and focus on executing our vision was fantastic. They upgraded our inside casings to a ‘farmhouse’ style which turned out absolutely fantastic. They are true craftsmen!! I would highly recommend Meister Windows!! Thank you Alan and Shane!!"

Counter tops were ordered and delivered 6 days later, installers were GREAT, Rodrigo and partner were on time promised, very professional, friendly, quick, cleaned up after, would not even know they were there, except for my new counter tops. "The original project manager was good. He installed the roof, had a few hiccups, but I was satisfied until 1 1/2 years later when I got 4 leaks. Additionally, some aluminium was supposed to be installed and it still hasn't been installed. I have been calling since March 2019 and still no one has come out to fix the leaks. I only have a couple of months left until warranty expires which I'm figuring they are waiting for. I've called & asked the owner Matt to call me, b ut 5 days later and still no call. A roofer is only as good as his repairs. My advise is don't use Cat. They have no one within 50 miles to repair my roof. I'm very disappointed as I first thought they had done a good job. I had seen reviews where the owner was very responsive, but not to me."

Installing stucco over brick can add longevity and durability to your siding while protecting it from deterioration due to exposure to the elements.
