"I had my AC installed by Kale company about 5 years ago and I have always talked highly due to the good job they did. Well I referred my mom to them and it did not go so well . After a few visits $700 later no AC working and no credit given. Apparently there was a hard start kit on this brand new AC unit at their new house and no one told my parents about this . A hard start kit apparently helps the compressor start. Why would a brand new AC unit need this you ask....well we were wondering the same thing. Apparently the hard start kit was disconnected to see if AC unit would run without it and it would not ( this also was not told to my parents ) So why would we dump $ 400 of freon into a brand new unit that is obviously a piece of shit. Well after that was added compressor or I should say hard start kit went bad. Was this the company's fault probably not but they could have informed my parents of this hard start kit before dumping more money into a AC unit that was not functional w"

Had to leave my mom with tech in so I could return to work, so I wasn't even there to find out what was wrong BUT told him to call me when he knew something. I got vague blurb of the problem and my mom saying he said he broke something on the unit!? Took 3 days and me calling office twice before tech finally called me! And NOWHERE on the paperwork does it state that HE caused more damage to the unit than the original problem!"

"Horrible! Employee did not tell us to not run water. I was washing my hands and employee yelled expletives at us from the basement calling us stupid f****! I told him we had not been told not to run water and again more expletives. I then told employee Zach that I was going to go outside and speak to my landlord about the issue. More expletives from employee. I am calling Wirth in the morning as so is the landlord. The landlord will not be paying for these after hour services. Employee should be fired. Very very unprofessional conduct."
