This company is unreliable, does not communicate clearly, and sent painters to my house without ladders or scaffolding to clean up around two skylights. They should not be hired under any circumstances. I am demanding a 100% refund of my downpayment.

"sorry I had one of my workers got bone cancer and another in the hospital a day after . so we had to reschedule. we were able to finish the job . and customer ended up happy. I pray that people would be understanding. everyone is different. sorry I have no excuse. just being honest."

Scott and Dave were excellent!! The paint job was done very well and they were wonderful to work with. John, the owner, made promises about when the job would be started but never kept his word. He failed to contact us when his team was not going to start our project in the projected timeframe. The only way I was able to talk to him was when I reached out to ask about the delays. That being said, we are thrilled with the finished project. So, if you’re not in a hurry to get your project completed, I would recommend this company.

The men that came to stain my exterior of the house (just west and south side) were not given the correct information on what to stain. They had to call J&J Painting to get the correct info a couple of times.

Everyone who worked on our house was respectful and hard-working. We had some concerns after the job was first completed, but they made it right without any argument. We especially enjoyed working with Chemo (sp?). Our old house looks beautiful again!

They painted nearly the entire interior of my home. They were on time, flexible with my schedule, efficient, and did quality work. There was one room that I was not happy about that involved wallpaper removal but when I talked with them they came back and made it right. I would hire them again and not hesitate to recommend them. I really appreciated that John and Karen always answered their phones so communication was easy and helpful.
